Our very specific and thorough six-part process that we have developed internally and used successfully many times in the past, generally takes anywhere from 6-15 weeks from start to finish. This timeframe does vary by employee, employer, and industry respectively but throughout our experience we have found that candidates that are “rushed” into a new position do not fare nearly as well as those that complete the full process.
Everyone has a different skillset and different levels of experience. Just because two people work in the same industry, at the same position, or even for the same company, does not mean that they carry the same qualifications. Everybody perceives knowledge, information, and experience in their own way, which is why no two candidates are exactly the same.
